The diameter of bars selected to meet the requirements of 7.3 are the same bar diameters specified for the design strip.
Crack control is what Eurocode 2 section 7.3 is all about. It is only implemented in Ram Concept if the PT Service Design Type is set to "Crack Width" (or Both).
Section 7.3.1 sets the limits on the crack widths, under which no reinforcement is required. Section 7.3.2 defines the amount of reinforcing (with consideration of bonded PT) that is required when the limits are exceeded. Section 7.3.4 defines the method of calculating the crack widths. When the amount of reinforcement is governed by this section, the program simply reports section 7.3 as controlling and from that point you should probably consult the section audit for the most critical section to see how the required area of steel is determined.
