Built up section design

Hi everyone

1-Can we get the welding fillet size of built up tapered i - members using staad pro ?(i mean the size of the fillet between the web and the two flanges )

2-If not how can we design it ? (for fabrication !!!)

3- If in reality the Tapered I-section will be erected as one flange will be straight ,should we model this offset in Staad ? or just joint the nodes with members and use that model for the design ?

4-If the rafters or the columns webs are made from different thickness along the members ( to save some weight !! ) they should be modeled on Staad pro by separate members limited by nodes (each member with constant web thickness ) ,

THE QUESTION 4 IS  :when i am defining the code parameters (AISC ) KX ;KY; LX; LZ; should i define them as the total unbraced length of the column or rafter for each sub-members regardless the fact that they are modeled as separate members ,so should i deal with such members as they will work together in reality as one member ?

5-I am using staad pro for single story industrial buildings (low rise buildings ); should i define all the parameters LY LZ KY KZ  UNB UNT ,for both columns and rafters //or just LY LZ KY KZ for columns and UNB UNT for rafters ?

I WILL APPRECIATE ANY SUGGESTION OR ADVICE !! THANK YOU VERY MUCH !!
