Local axes of a single angle

Hi,

I'm modeling a gate that has inclined single angle arms. I've adjusted the beta angle to keep the vertical legs parallel to the global vertical axis (y), but now it appears that local axes are not orthogonal. Going into the member properties, the moment of inertias about the cross section are not the same even though this is an equal leg angle.

Any guidance would be appreciated.
