Thanks for your response. I would rather not subdivide the member as it is a soil retaining structure with distributed loads so subdividing it will make altering the load distributions quite difficult. I will use the Query command for now. Are there any plans to include such a feature in future versions of Microstran? There are many reasons why one would need to know the member forces at locations other than at the maximums/minimums and most structural analysis programs I have used in the past allow you to specify intervals that you want to display the member forces at.
