The analysis in Ram Concrete is always done one level at a time, where the results of a top level are basically added to the results of a lower level. This approach is great for most types of structures, but limited when it comes to multi-story transfer situations where the macro structure of columns and slabs is basically a Vierendeel truss. Only Ram Frame (within the Ram Structural System suite) can deal with the full 3D model in a single analysis step. You can certainly run the whole thing in Ram Frame (all relevant columns will need to be lateral), and you can design concrete columns for those Ram Frame forces in lieu of the Ram Concrete analysis results if that helps. Ultimately, running different models with different sets of stories present is the best way to envelope the worst condition.
