I am currently experiencing trouble with the new relase of Staad.Pro (v8i).
Conditions:
- axis Z up
- steel design AISC unified, method LRFD
- several steel design in the same model
When i set the axis Z up, there is a difference of ratios between this model and the one with the axis Y up. After some tests it only happened with Staad.Pro v8i and only for the AISC 2005 in the second part of the steel design. See picture below. Models used are attached.
