It appears that you could not access the standard cable section under AISC section database. These section are included within the AISC Section RCeco databse pack.
Can you go to to CONFIGURATION-> SECTION PROFILE TABLE-> AMERICAN and select the AISCSECTIONSRCECO and and apply? Now, check if you can see the cable sections in the section database?
