Assuming the door is modeled in STAAD.pro using plates and the frame is modeled using members (beams) you will need a small separation between the beams and the plates and a node at the hing location along the beams and along the plate edges. Then you can link the nodes together with a straight beam to represent the hinge. It won't capture any kind of dynamic, swinging of the door, but gravity loads on the plates will move through the links and into the frame this way and you can evaluate stresses in the links, in the frame, etc. Then you can rotate the frame relative to the plate and reanalyze the open door condition.
