Staad Pro Connect Series - SEI 1 Design parameter - IS 800 LSD

Dear Sir/Madam,

We are facing 1 issue In STAAD PRO Connect Series, 

Design Code : IS 800 LSD

Seismic Definition : Response Spectra CQC IS 1893 - 2016

Member size : Hot Rolled UC

When we apply Design parameter SEI 1 , for lateral seismic load resistant frames , for a structure in ZONE V, The members are shown as failed member post design, with ratio 1.00016, ( not changing with change in member size) & The failure clause referred in post processing is showing reference to Cl. 6.3 of !S800 -2007.

Can anybody help figuring this out.
