RAM Connection not calculating load cases

Hello,

I am attempting to use RAM Connection (V13.x) for checking some connections, but I have lost faith. It appears to not be capturing snow load, which is by far governing on my design.  When I click the button to display V2 shear, it shows 47.5 kips.  When I double click the connection and look at "loads" it shows zero for snow.  When I look at the factored load in RAM Steel Beam it is 111 kips, so the connection appears to be designed for less than half of the load (47 versus 111).
