What is the reason for different wind loads' values by two different ways?

I have applied the wind loads by unclicking ''open strucuture'' for load case1, where i got

For load case 3 with the same wind definition, i used open structure, i have

So my question is, normally we multiply area loads with half width of the panel in the two adjacent sides to have line loads along the beams.

In load case 3, i should have 0.063kN/mx1.072m=0.067kN, While the structure in Load case1 has 0.110kN for up and down, 0.221kN in the center.

I wonder if anything goes wrong. How i should understand this? The file is attached.
