Are you getting this problem with this file or with any other file? Can you please go to the folder where you have saved this .std file and copy it and put in a folder. Try to open it from that folder.

We tried that option also not working & got a same problem. We opened other .stp files & they can work fine. we have a problem with this particular file only.
