If you analyse the model, you will get to see that warnings are reported as % of required reinforcement exceeds maximum allowable limit set the program which is set as 4% of gross c/s of the column. If you want to actually find out the % of reinforcement required, you can see that in many of the sections it is requires more than 7% reinforcement. To get this result, you need to add RATIO 8 parameter. Thus, it is an indication that you need to increase the column sections. The parameters like RFACE or RATIO can be provided from GUI as shown below.
