Openings in webs of UB to SCI P355

Will RAM be updated to design web openings to the latest SCI P355 publication?

I've found the RAM design restrictive with the clear spacing between openings limited to the depth of the section.  Even BS5950 clause 4.15.2.1 (e) limits the distance between centrelines of circular opening to 2.5 times the diameter of the largest opening. 

So with a 356x127x33 UB with 150mm dia holes with RAM the min centreline spacing is 349+150=499mm whereas with BS5950 its 2.5 x 150 = 375mm
