Yes the issue only happens when a load combination is created by factoring another load combination as is the case for the load combination 4. If you create a load combination by directly applying the factor of 1.5 to the primary load cases ( as in LOAD COMB 6 below ) or if you create a REPEAT LOAD using the primary load cases ( as in LOAD 5 below ), the results reported by the Member query match with the other results.
