I do not think that deflection of a 'curved' member can be done accurately in STAAD.Pro. When you enter design parameters DJ1 and DJ2, STAAD uses a straight imaginary line between these nodes and measures the displacement from this line to get the 'actual deflectyion' reported in the Output file. So if member is curved, STAAD is taking the distance between that imaginary straight line and curved member into the consideration while checking the deflection which does not look accurate in this case. I would suggest to calculate the deflections of such members manually.
