pre engineered building according to eurocode

Hi

     1-Can i design PEB with tapered steel beams according to eurocode 3 using staad pro .with taking in account 1993-1-5 ,1993-1-3 and 1993-1-8 in a safe way ?

     2-is the eurocode 8 for seismic load and wind load generator according to 1993-1-4  available ?
