The column dimension is 230 mm x 900 mm. The program faces problem in distributing the bars evenly along all the sides of the column. The better solution will be to distributing the reinforcement along the larger dimension- use RFACE 3 parameter. By default, the program uses 4% maximum reinforcement but to can allow up to 6% reinforcement- use RATION 6 parameter.
