Slab connection issue when modifying column elevations in RAMSS

I have created a pitched roof by using the LAYOUT>COLUMNS>MODIFY ELEVATION command.  The beams and slab associated with the modified columns adjusted accordingly in all locations except for along one column line where the slab remained at the original story elevation.  Does anybody know why the slab might not raise with the columns and spandrel beams?
