Here are a couple of pointers. If you are carrying out a first order analysis ( PERFORM ANALYSIS ) the moments should balance. If there are differences, see how much that is in %. If the difference in % is insignificant, it may be due to rounding off digits and you may ignore the difference. If the difference is significant, you should watch out for any zero stiffness/instabilities. If you are not able to find any, upload your model and let us know the load case number in question and we will look into it.
If you are running a second order analysis like PDELTA or DIRECT ANALYSIS, the moments will not balance as the moments generated by the second order effect only appear in the reactions only whereas these are not accounted for as applied loads for the static check. So for a second order analysis, don't worry about the mismatch in moments in the statics check.
