According to your answer, what I understand is that as long as the connected node of the supporting element is the same, the results would be the same for both Master/Slave or by using offsets. For example, if the columns was replaced with a deep beam in the out-of-plane direction and the truss is connected to it using 1 node, the behavior will be exactly the same for both approaches (Refer to below sketch), Is that right?
