Create section database

Hi everybody.

I have questions related to Section database. Hope everybody help please.
1. At figure 1, how can I use the  functions at the read circle, they were hired and I don't know how to turn it on ?.
2. At the figure 2 and 3, in SectionDBManager dialog box has shown. but in " Section Profile Tables "  dialog box have nothing .
