If you have multiple mat foundations, there is no easy solution as you would have to consider these mats individually to carry out the stability checks for each. You may group the support nodes which belong to each mat. Subsequently you may look at the support reactions for each group corresponding to the appropriate load cases and from these you can calculate the disturbing force/moment and resisting force/moment and the FOS.
