Axial stiffness is determined by the term "EA/L" and rotational stiffness is determined by the term "GJ/L" where E is the elastic modulus , A is the cross sectional area , G is the shear modulus and J is the torsional modulus. but can you please let me know why you want to calculate the axial and torsional stiffness of member and input them in Staad? If you define the sectional information by its geometrical shape and the young's modulus value, then Staad determines these stiffness values internally and form the element stiffness matrix.
