I did not see any red flags in the modeling as such.
As far as design is concerned, you should use the METHOD parameter and set it to ASD as from your load combos, it appears that you are using ASD combinations.

Couple of additional things you may want to consider. The AISC 360-10, requires that you carry out a second order analysis ( like DIRECT ANALYSIS ) as opposed to a first order analysis like PERFORM ANALYSIS. So that is something you may consider.
I threw in a LOAD LIST 5 TO 14 command to ensure that design is carried out for the combos only. However if you are interested in carrying out deflection checks as per AISC 360-10, you would need to define serviceability and strength envelopes as outlined in the wiki below
