I would suggest that you model the girders using beam elements and model the concrete deck using plates as you have done. You can draw the girder cross section in Freesketch module of Section Wizard and export the properties to STAAD.Pro as a user table general section. From the output of the beam elements you can easily find out all of the items you mentioned.
