If you have modeled the slab S1 with a plate mesh, you can model the slab S2 with a plate mesh too and ensure that you have the same number of divisions along the common edge between S1 and S2. If you have not modeled the slab S1 with plates and you have just accounted for the load from it by using floor load, you may just account for the load from the cantilever portion instead of actually modeling it. An uniformly distributed member load ( Member Load > Uniform force ) and an uniformly distributed moment ( Member Load > Uniform Moment ) on the beam B4 can be applied to account for the loading from the cantilever slab.
