beam orientation explaination differs

Hi all,

I've got a question: Because, on blogs and posts all around internet I find out that for local beam orientation:

Blue = x axis

Green = y axis

Red = z axis,

BUT, if i go to the technical reference from bentley... (https://communities.bentley.com/cfs-file/__key/telligent-evolution-components-attachments/13-275895-00-00-00-24-18-54/Technical_5F00_Reference_5F00_V8i.pdf) in adobe, page 22, pageNUMBER 12, I found out that the information above is conflicting with the information from bentley itself.

Can anybody explain this to me? It would be very helpful!
