I want to ask again about cable properties, in modification section database manager, properties cable in column PULT, the unit is ksi (kip square inch) and diffrent depend on section area of cable. But I only know that stress of high strength steel is the same not depend on section area. Do PULT which yield tensile axial load? Could you tell me about that...

From the STAAD.Pro - File - Configure - Section Profile Table - Choose the AISCSectionsRCeco - Apply - Accept. Now open your model and assign a cable section property from the section database - American - Cable.
