RE: IN STAAD FOUNDATION. ADV. , in scheduled drawing , there is no option to enter values of checked by ,approved by , drawing no. etc.

In the scheduled drawing, you have the options that are shown below.

If you want to have few more options, as mentioned, you can use "save Drawing as" tab to save the model in dxf or .dwg format which can be edited in CAD platform.
