Ram DataAccess can provide the information you need about the location of the members, as well as the size, reactions etc. At one time we even used the interface to develop a CAD add-on call CadStudio, but that was not maintained after 2006. So, you should be able to generate your own drawing routines, but there is no good template to start with.
Most in the information we have about the programmer's interface is available here (and the links within): communities.bentley.com/.../what-is-ram-dataaccess-tn
Other options include using ISM to export a 3D model from RAM SS that can them be imported into AECOsim Building Designer, ProStructures or Revit for drawing creation.
