Studrail True Length

See snippet attached. This is an audit of a punching check with studrails for a flush 8 inch slab with the property for "cover to cgs" inside the studrail properties showing 2.125 inches. What its "cover to cgs" a studrail is a full height anchor not a horizontal moving member like a rebar or cable (of which that property title would make more sense). So how is ram calculating the height ? My typical details calls out for for studrail height with at least 3/4" bottom cover and 2" top cover for exposed flat terrace (the case we are talking about). How does ram calculate the height of stud using "cover to the cgs". If "cover to cgs" refers to the rebar and not the stud, then where does it assume my stud is relative to the rebar ? Height wise. How does it know about my bottom cover. Is it taking the entire effective depth of the studrail to start from the bottom most fiber of the slab ? I would ideally like a calculated response using my 8" slab and the 2.125" cover I specified. What will truly be the height of my stud in the eyes of ram ?
