RAM Frame: Lateral Loads

I have four columns which are 7-0" deeper than the rest of the columns. So, I added a new level for them to account for the additional moment (As they are braced frames).

I noticed the overall lateral load on the whole system as increased. Why does this happen in RAM? The lateral load should remain the same as the additional column depth is submerged in the soul and shouldn't see any increment. Due to this increase, RAM now shows that some of the other columns need to be upsized which is not correct. Do I need to disable something to avoid the lateral load increment ? RAM also now shows that the columns KL/r > 200 which is a not surprising noting that the steel column length hasn't changed. Only concrete columns were added below them.
