Can you please elaborate with some backup calculation as to what you think is not being calculated correctly? Also just wanted to point out that you have used selfweight for mass definitions along each dof but for the material PINEWOOD, the density is specified as 0.
The acceleration time history can be obtained at any node by going to Post processing > Dynamics > Time-Accl page and clicking on that node. So you can get the response ( say acceleration ) at any particular time instant and also see how it varies for the duration of the loading. It is not possible to get the response for a mode.
