The model was saved in v14.07. I reviewed in v15.01.00, but also produced the crash in that version. I traced the problem to the slab openings on the Roof Slab layout. Some of the segments are defined with 0" offsets. I suspect there may be a very small coordinate issue between the slab opening segment and the walls they are intended to snap to. If I change the offset of these openings to 1", then I bypass the crash. I recommend doing that as a work around. If you want to keep the 0" offsets, I would be happy to take a closer look in v14.07.01.
Other things that I recommend: Remodel the deck on the Penthouse Roof layout and use the Whole Floor command. Currently, the deck does not cover the entire diaphragm. Also, create a dynamic load case for the Eigen Solution and limit the number of modes to 6. This will speed up the analysis time and bypass an Eigenvalue error that I was producing.
