I understand that you are using BASIC solver which is matrix bandwidth dependent for run times. In other words, run time in basic solver is dependent on matrix bandwidth. When you are using rigid DIAPHRAGM or master-slave the bandwidths become very large resulting in large factorization times. I would suggest you to use Advanced solver to handle this kind of cases. Please note that advanced solver comes with the license of Advanced analysis engine plus license as mentioned earlier.
