With the current release specifications, the model is not stable. If you want to have a hinge at the middle of the top beam, you should not apply the moment releases at the ends of the top beam or the top of the columns. Else the loads cannot be transferred to the foundation. Also FZ releases are redundant for a PLANE FRAME. A modified file is attached.
