There is not a faster way. In the end each column will have to be adjusted (assuming the slope is significant enough to justify making the changes).
You could export the plan to dxf or the file to an ISM repository and make adjustments in CAD (stretching) in order to gather the final column elevations quickly, but I find that a simple spreadsheet listing the columns plan coordinates along with some trigonometry to calculate the final elevation based on the slope works best. You can export the column coordinates using the Ram Manager - Post Processing - Data Echo report (as a text file) if that helps.
