I reviewed the model. I would like to mention that as per IS:456 code, the minimum grade of concrete to be used in foundation is M25. Generally, this grade of concrete is used in superstructure as we try to keep good bonding between sub-structure and super-structure. Thus for columns, M 25 grade is used. You need to change the column dimensions a little bit. Please refer to the attached model where you can see that the program is able to compute Ast required for columns.
