I have a reinforced masonry wall design with three openings. The original report and model output showed no issues. A year later, I needed to modify the wall due to some changes in the building design, and I re-ran the original model before making any changes. Although nothing has changed in the model yet, the lintels are now failing in bending. I'm not sure why the design no longer works. The applied moment on the lintel jumped from 2.10 kip-ft to -34.36 kip-ft, but none of the loadings have changed. I'm attaching the original model and the two output reports that show the model passing and failing. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
