Steel beam design as per Euro code with TORSION 0 and with TORSION 2

Dear Sir,

I have attached herewith member design files with two approaches one is with TORSION 0 command and another with TORSION 2 command. Member is simply supported and subjected to same intensity of vertical and lateral loads only. No Torsional load applied to this beam.

As you can see in the results that when TORSION 0 command is used, member critical stress ratio is coming out to be 20.981 (as per cl. 6.2.7 (5) ) where as when TORSION 2 command is used the same stress ratio is 1.241 (as per cl. 6.2.7 (5) )

I have following questions

1) Do i need to assign TORSION 0 command for situation like this or use TORSION 3 command?

2) Can you pls. elaborate how STAAD perform calculation as per Cl.6.2.7(5) and derive ratio of 20.981 and 1.241?
