I have reviewed your model and noticed the following problems--

1. Specification -- You have specified several members in your model as truss member. Due to that, there are several instability warnings. You can define the members as truss members by partially releasing the moments at the start and the end nodes. You can go through the following post for more details-

communities.bentley.com/.../staad-pro-instability-and-zero-stiffness-faq.aspx

2. Load -- You have created several Floor Groups with a single member assigned to that group (for example, Gourp A to A16), and used that group to apply floor load. A floor group should be defined as a closed panel. So program is unable to apply the load on that group and there are several error messages.
You have generated the wind load intensity as per ASCE code. You need to recheck the height vs. intensity data as per IS875-Part 3 specifications.

3. Load Combination -- The combination factor that you have used is not correct. You need to use the combination factors used in Table 4 of IS800:2007 code.

4. Design Code -- You have used factored load combination cases but used WSD code (IS800:1984) to design the members. If you want to use limit stated method of design (IS800:2007), you need to change the code to CODE INDIAN LSD. Else use unfactoed load combination cases for the design.
