With the machines that are available today the memory requirement for SFA is never an issue. Just for the records, 512 MB minimum, 2 GB recommended. More memory almost always improves performance, particularly when working with larger models. So I would say 4GB is a good value.
You should also have a minimum of 500 MB free space on the hard disk and in today’s world, I don’t think this is an issue either.
SFA 7.2 & STAAD.Pro V8i SS6 are fully compatible.
