A modified file with the cable analysis ( advanced ) command is attached. You will need to have license for advanced analysis engine to be able to run the advanced cable analysis.
You also need to design for cases 7 to 22 as opposed to cases 1 to 22. So following change is needed
*LOAD LIST 1 TO 22
LOAD LIST 7 TO 22
