The neutral axis depth is limited to:
• (1.0 – k1)/k2 * effective depth for fck ≤ 50 MPa
• (1.0 – k3)/k4 * effective depth for fck > 50 MPa
where k1, k2, k3, and k4 are taken from the National Annex.
