Difference in values of deflection

Hi

Ive modelled a steel deck structure, set the design parameters and included deflection check to EC.

However staad gives different deflection values between the output and the member pop up window>deflection>load type>global>ydir

It is a substantial difference meaning failure, member 62, when the deflection limit from the output file is assumed with the figure from the member pop up window.

Have I done something wrong?

or What the difference means?
