Error Running Staad Foundation

Dear All,

I have a problem when running Staad.Foundation, I ran attached file named residu staadfoundation6,sfa, I've run this file before and it was completed, when I try to re-run the file again, there is error says "Analysis results are not available" 

I try to run another attached file named Foundation std1E2.sfa, also same thing happened.
