Here are a couple of pointers. Please check whether you are using the same seismic weight for both loading types. For the equivalent static, I can see 30% of R2 being considered whereas for the response spectrum case, it seems like there is no such reduction. Also there is a selfweight component in the seismic weight definition for the equivalent static case which is not there in any of the Reference Load cases and so I guess selfweight is not being considered for the mass modeling for the response spectrum case.
