Tension-only members have their start and end moments released automatically so it is not necessary to specify their release, though in my opinion, if you do that should produce a warning not an error. Delete the MEMBER RELEASE for these members and these errors will go away. They will still be released.
You still have other problems though. The first line should be STAAD SPACE not STAAD PLANE. Also, the structure is disjointed. Your longitudinal beams are not connected to your columns. You can fix this by selecting the columns and the longitudinal beams, then pull down "Geometry" and choose "Intersect Selected Members", then "Intersect". Just take the default after this and it will create an intersection at each column.
There are a few other things I saw but I don't know how far along you are so maybe you're just not done yet.
